MEN, SEX AND VIRGINITY

A lot has been said about men, sex and virginity. often times when the word virginity is uttered people think it applies to the female alone so they neglect the topic to be discussed.Hence, they give excuses on most customs and traditions in africa that demands the blood of virgins - female for ritual or land cleansing. Today's broadcast will break some myths about virginity that some men see as fact, but first we must unveil the keywords -Men, Sex and Virginity.

MEN: Adult human male.
SEX: According to my mentor Mr Praise Oladimeji Fowowe "Sex is a covenant exchange of love, life and pleasure between the man and the woman in the marriage environment for the purpose of unity, procreation and the expression of marital love".
VIRGINITY: The state of being a virgin - one is has never engage in any form of sexual activities. With this definition of virginity it means to us that gay and lesbians are no virgins.

Having established that, we would now talk about some myth about virginity.
MYTHS ABOUT VIRGINITY

• "Virginity is of ancient times" : we must have heard people say this with no remorse when the topic is mentioned for discussion. let me take time out to ask you to think about this statement 'after engaging in  illicit sex as singles on the wedding day couples will want to be alone otherwise called 'HONEYMOON', tell me what exactly will be the honey in the moon? If the man has been a free giver of his sperm in time past or maybe in present without the notice of the bride.
• "Virginity deprives us from knowing if we are sexually compatible":: Being a friend to all by virtue of my temperament, i listen to whatever demands my attention and i have heard guys say this word for word. Friends! Let me tell you that there is more to having a successful marriage than just testing women. NB: A virgin - male or female that just engage in any form of sexual activity few minutes before saying 'I DO' is no longer a virgin believe it or not. As told by my father, mentor, and teacher Mr praise and being convinced myself that "quality products don't need to be tested because they come with warranty". In marriage, sex is 100% right but outside the wed web it's wrong. I know some guys reading this won't be happy and some would also want to ask " what if when we get married and we are having problems sexually what do we do? to answer that you first check yourselves if there be any problem and if all is well you both should seek the face of God and help where you will find it examples are family life counselors to tell you what to do.

Having said that, i am so convinced that although there's nothing like the hymen in the system of the male species to indicate the state of virginity but there are other signs that can tell if it. this will be in the next edition friends. i write not to condemn anyone but to let all know so as not to perish in ignorance.
